It is the brand's promise: great seafood, genuine hospitality, and an easygoing experience that makes guests feel like regulars.
TheInvestment&Costs
The current estimated total investment ranges from approximately $500,000 to $1,500,000, depending on the market, site, build-out, and other project-specific costs.
Here’s a bit of a break down – investment line-by-line, financing options and more.

The royalty ranges from 3.5% to 5.5% of gross sales. Exact terms are detailed in the current Franchise Disclosure Document.
Prospective franchisees should generally have at least $350,000 in liquid capital and a minimum net worth of $1,000,000.

Discovery Day is an in-person visit in Wilmington, North Carolina, where you meet the leadership team, experience the brand, and decide whether the partnership is a mutual fit.
Yes. You are strongly encouraged to review the Franchise Disclosure Document and franchise agreement with an experienced franchise attorney and financial advisor.
Training&Support
The program includes approximately 144 hours of training covering operations, staffing, inventory, menu execution, culture, and pre-opening preparation.
Restaurant experience can help, but it is not the only qualification. The team looks for leadership ability, operational discipline, adequate capitalization, and a strong local-market mindset.
Support includes site and development guidance, training, opening preparation, marketing coordination, and an experienced team on the ground as you launch.
Franchisees receive ongoing operations, marketing, brand, and performance support after opening. The goal is a long-term operating partnership, not a handoff at grand opening.
We don’t leave you high and dry – from operations to marketing, see our role in ongoing support.
Yes. Multi-unit growth may be available for qualified owners who demonstrate strong operations, leadership capacity, and access to capital.
Concept&Operations
It is a full-service, casual seafood restaurant and neighborhood bar centered on oysters, approachable coastal food, cold drinks, and a lively guest experience.
The model requires engaged local leadership. Ownership structures can vary, but this is not positioned as a passive investment.
The bar is an important part of the concept and guest experience. Alcohol licensing and the sales mix vary by location and local regulations.
Hours are set to serve each market and may include lunch, dinner, evenings, and weekends. Final schedules depend on local demand and regulations.

Territories&Locations

We’re looking for partners in these target markets.

Yes. The team provides site criteria, market review, and development guidance while you work with local real estate and professional partners.
The strongest sites balance visibility, access, parking, population, and the right mix of dining and neighborhood traffic. The team evaluates each opportunity against brand criteria.
Is This Right for Me?
Strong owners are community-minded operators who value hospitality, lead people well, follow a proven system, and still bring the energy to grow a local business.
Not necessarily. Relevant leadership and business experience, financial readiness, coachability, and the ability to build a capable team are equally important.
It can be for candidates who want more ownership, community connection, and direct responsibility. It is still an operating business that requires focus, capital, and leadership.
The screen door’s open, talk to our franchise team and we’ll walk you through everything you need to determine if it’s a good fit for you.
A transition period may be possible, but the business needs committed leadership. Discuss your operating plan and management structure during the qualification process.
Territory rights and development boundaries are defined in the franchise agreement. The team reviews market availability before an agreement is awarded.
Multi-unit development may be available to qualified candidates with the operational and financial capacity to support responsible growth.
That is exactly what the discovery process is for. The goal is an informed, mutual decision before either side makes a long-term commitment.
